The neighborhood was lively. I enjoyed its energy. the staff was friendly and cute, always ready to assist. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices and the quality was high. the location was convenient for walking to major sights. I did not need taxis or metro.
i found the bathroom floor to be quite slippery. it might benefit from some anti-slip treatment.

we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. the suite included high ceilings and parquet floors. the room had large teacups, a kettle, and a coffee machine. housekeeping provided great service.
the check-in process was not smooth. the receptionist seemed focused on enrolling me in the loyalty scheme. the key cards did not initially work, requiring a return trip to reception.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly. i stayed in a premium room, and it was comfortable. the location is great. It is close to many good restaurants and plazas. the hotel provided non stop nibbles between 4 and 7, a nice touch.
the room did not have slippers available as promised.
